Devin L. Boerm is Director, State Government Affairs at HDMA. Boerm is currently responsible for state advocacy efforts at both the legislative and regulatory levels and has been with HDMA since 2012. Prior to joining HDMA, she covered healthcare and tax and budget issues for a state legislative policy organization working primarily with state legislative healthcare leaders.
